Highlighting the possibility for a significant improvement in the global crypto adoption scenario in 2025, the report states that at least five Nasdaq 100 companies and over five countries will include Bitcoin in their reserves in the near future.
Factors like portfolio diversification, trade settlement and strategic positioning have been identified as the three primary reasons that are motivating them to consider the inclusion of BTC in their balance sheets.
As per the report, unaligned countries will play a pivotal role in the predicted improvement in the global crypto adoption scenario.
US Bitcoin ETPs to Boom in 2025
Bringing the spotlight on the growing institutional interest in Bitcoin ETPs, the report predicts that by 2025, US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded products will manage at least $250 billion in assets. The report notes that some top hedge funds, such as Millennium and Tudor, have already entered the Bitcoin ETP market.
Notably, last year, the market witnessed a record inflow of approximately $36 billion.
Bitcoin Price Forecast for 2025
In 2024, the BTC price saw a growth of +121.1%. Last year, the highest monthly growth was reported in February (44%), and the lowest was recorded in April (-14.7%). In the election month of November, the market grew by over 37.4%.
The report forecasts that the Bitcoin market could surpass $150,000 in early 2025. The market could even reach $185,000 by the fourth quarter of 2025, the report adds.
