The crypto market today has been super optimistic with the market capitalization of the industry soaring by 5.25% to $3.64 trillion. This move was catalyzed by Bitcoin reclaiming the $100k mark on its daily chart. Despite the greenish numbers, the trading volume took a hit of 24.07%, settling down at $216.31 billion. However, investor sentiment has been bullish, which is evident with the Fear & Greed meter hitting an extreme greed score of 80. 

Bitcoin Price Eyes for $1,01,000

Bitcoin has built its momentum on its daily chart to climb 3.52% over the past day to trade at $1,00,969.02. While the intraday trade volumes sunk by 17.69% to $81.58 billion, Bitcoin’s market cap shot up to $1.99 trillion. That being said, amidst the day’s happenings, its market share now stands at 54.75%.

Altcoins Rally Amid Bullish Market Sentiment

Ethereum showed positive momentum a 7.59% leg-up, driving its price to $3,939.48. Solana on the other hand, followed next with a 6.64% spike to $232.71, while XRP price rose by 5.02% to $2.46. The top altcoins showing positive digits have influenced the majority of the tokens to surge higher.

Gainers & Losers: Aave Steals the Spotlight

Among the top 100 performers, Aave has been the flag bearer with an impressive 33.73% gain, reaching $355.81. Chainlink and SUI followed with their numbers at 29.68% and 29.30%, respectively. On the downside, XDC stood out as the only loser from the top 100, dipping by 1.68% to $0.09102.
