Ripple has announced a big $25 million donation to help teachers and schools across the United States. The money will mostly be given in Ripple’s own digital dollar, called Ripple USD (RLUSD). Ripple is using its digital dollar, RLUSD, to send majority of the money.

The funds will go to two education groups, DonorsChoose and Teach For America. Both work to give teachers and students the tools they need for better learning and brighter futures.
Ripple’s goal is to support young people as they get ready for future jobs and to give teachers the resources they often have to buy with their own money. Ripple’s CEO, Brad Garlinghouse
